Private, Quiet Space

Our MN Jeweler Ear Piercing Studio is located in a completely separate sunroom, away from the main showroom.

This allows us to offer one-on-one appointments in a calm, private space without the noise and distractions of the sales floor. This setting is especially helpful for children who may feel nervous or need a little extra time and encouragement.

All of our piercers are licensed by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, DPOR, and trained in first aid, helping provide a safe and professional piercing experience.

STUDEX® System 75™ is commonly used for children’s ear piercing. Piercing eligibility may depend on age, anatomy, placement, and overall suitability. A parent or legal guardian must be present for minors. We recommend consulting your doctor before booking.

What materials are the earrings made from?

We carry STUDEX® piercing earrings in select hypoallergenic options, including stainless steel, titanium, and gold-plated styles. Availability may vary by appointment.

Does it hurt?

Most describe the sensation as a quick pinch. The system is designed to be quieter and more comfortable than traditional piercing instruments.

How long does it take to heal?

Earlobes: Approximately 6 weeks

Cartilage: Approximately 12 weeks

Healing time may vary by individual.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — appointments are required. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time. You can conveniently book online to reserve your spot.

Are there medical conditions that could affect piercing?

Please consult your doctor before piercing if you have any of the following:

  • Bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia)
  • History of keloid or hypertrophic
  • scarring
  • Metal allergies
  • Immune disorders
  • Pregnancy
  • Diabetes

Can I get my ear re-pierced, where it closed?

Re-piercing in the same spot may work if tissue is healthy. Use surgical steel, titanium, or gold studs to reduce irritation. A professional will prioritize safety, comfort, and suggest alternatives if needed as there can be a greater risk of infection.
