    Submit a Request

    We charge a one-time $75 design and setup fee to create your custom piece and prepare your fundraiser.

    We design your piece


    We create a custom jewelry design based on your group, whether that’s initials, a name, a symbol, or a specific concept.

    You’ll review and approve the design before anything goes live.

    Launch your pre-order fundraiser

    Your piece is launched on our website as a pre-order campaign for a limited time (usually two weeks).

    Supporters place orders online during this window—no inventory, no upfront bulk purchase, and no order forms to manage.

    Minimum order requirement

    To move into production, your fundraiser must reach a minimum of 20 total orders.

    • If the minimum is met, production begins.
    • If the minimum is not met, orders are not fulfilled and customers are refunded.

    This ensures every campaign is viable to produce while keeping risk low for your group.
